Job DescriptionAs a Sales Executive, you will be challenged to bring your "A" game to win with one of the most respected and effective ad networks -- Exponential!

We will provide you with strong sales support, highly-effective campaign management and a rich publisher network to draw upon to close the deal. You will manage key clients through day-to-day contact, seek opportunities to grow relationships and ensure that our clients consistently receive superior customer service.

Responsibilities
• Maximize revenue growth with top advertising agencies
• Manage and grow an existing book of business
• Engage agency decision makers at all levels
• Conduct detailed needs assessments
• Plan, prepare and execute high impact meetings with prospects and clients
• Develop a formal plan and aggressively prospect, evaluate and identify best opportunities
• Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges
• Adopt the company's selling methodology
• Utilize research in presentations and interactions with prospects and clients
• Develop winning selling strategies and proposals across display, video, and mobile advertising platforms
• Accurately forecast revenue growth

Required Skills
• Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and the ability to sell based on value - not price
• Understanding of audience profiles, online ad targeting, and campaign optimization
• Proven communication, presentation and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling
• Proven record of strategic development of Fortune 1000 client base
• Qualifications
• BA/BS required
• 5+ years progressive online experience
• 3+ years experience calling on online advertisers
• In-depth knowledge and contacts with top online advertisers
• Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and pricing models
• Excellent understanding of agency dynamics and campaign buying and planning
• Strong knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis
