|Job Description||We are looking for a data-centric Marketing professional to join our global Trade Marketing team. This person will utilize Exponential’s marketing automation platform (Marketo) to launch and analyse email campaigns on a daily basis, as well as developing a long-term messaging strategy including various nurture and engagement campaigns. As the project coordinator, you will be communicating daily with various stakeholders both internally and externally. The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude, is a problem solver, an excellent communicator and is adaptable. This person will report directly into the VP of Marketing and work alongside four Marketing colleagues.

Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Marketo for the team, including troubleshooting issues.
Create and build nurture programs to increase lead generation.
Coordinate email campaigns: Collect assets, format content, execute and report on results.
Ongoing optimization efforts (lead scoring, interesting moments, email campaigns, nurture programs and reporting analytics).
Establish best practices for team to implement global Marketo initiatives
Provide the team with actionable insights on content/campaigns, playing an integral role in the development of future global content campaigns
Help the regional marketing teams set up nurture streams based on existing and new library of content with a focus on targeting specific vertical- based customer segments
Work with creative team to build email and landing page templates for trade marketing execution
Manage day to day processes between Exponential’s CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platform (Marketo), coordinate with Exponential’s internal Salesforce Support team.
Drive transparent and strong Marketing and Sales alignment with developing and owning clear processes, reports and dashboards i.e. what’s driving pipeline and defining areas of improvement
Initiate regular reviews with leadership to analyze MQLs and SQLs to make sure activities are driving impactful leads.
Analytical; strong sense of numbers and manipulating data
At least 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (digital advertising space preferred)
Salesforce and Marketo experience strongly preferred
Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills; ability to work on several projects at the same time across a global organization
Ability to collaborate with various teams within an organization
Ability to manage design projects to align with corporate branding and positioning
Experience creating landing pages
Experience creating email drip campaigns
