Job DescriptionThe Account Director role involves devising and implementing digital advertising strategies for top advertisers of Asia, South-Africa, Europe and North America. You will also be given the opportunity to liaise with all relevant stakeholders to understand and execute strategies for revenue retention and growth and act as the owner of all account management team efforts. Scope of your role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Leading the account management division to greater levels of proficiency and competency and taking them through the dynamic environment of the industry
• Establish culture of excellence and quality output
• Developing and nurturing a competent and independent account management division to effectively handle business from all key regions of business
• Carving out growth and career development opportunities for individuals in the account management division
• Working with and mentoring each individual account manager to enable him/her to deliver to the maximum of his/her potential
• Crafting and enforcing business strategies to sustain and grow revenue from Asia, South-Africa, Europe, and North America placing an emphasis on client retention
• Upselling Brand-Performance and Brand-Engagement solutions keeping in consideration of advertiser’s marketing objective
• Building and maintaining mutually-beneficial relations with all agency partners and advertisers
• Measuring and reporting effectiveness of implementing digital advertising strategies based on advertisers’ marketing goals
• Working with internal operational teams to develop contemporary and relevant digital advertising products and solutions based on the needs and trends prevalent in the digital marketing industry
• Focusing on internal process improvements in conjunction with global internal stake-holders
• Constructing solutions to overcome operational bottlenecks and challenges


• 8+ years of advertising (preferably digital) experience of handling client relationships
• Atleast 3+ years of hands-on experience of team handling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely motivated & solution-oriented.
• Strong analytical ability and data-driven mindset
• Experience working in a collaborative and global setup
• Willing to accept change and reorient efforts according to dynamic work environment
• High degree of accountability and passion for work
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Preferably a Masters Degree (Business, Marketing , Advertising , Communications)
