Exponential is looking for a Sales Executive to manage an existing active book of business on a 12 month contract basis. Based out of our Toronto office, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets for the territory. The Sales Executive will manage key clients through day-to-day contact, seek opportunities to grow relationships and client base and ensure that our clients consistently receive superior customer service. We will provide you with strong sales support, highly-effective campaign management and a rich publisher network to draw upon to close the deal.

Responsibilities:
Maximize revenue growth with specific named advertising agencies and accounts in Toronto
Engage agency decision makers at all levels
Conduct detailed needs assessments
Plan, prepare and execute high impact meetings for prospects and clients
Develop a formal plan and aggressively prospect, evaluate and identify best opportunities with new and existing client base
Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges
Adopt the company's selling methodology
Utilize research in presentations and interactions with prospects and clients
Develop winning selling strategies and proposals
Accurately forecast revenue growth and maintain updated client activity within Salesforce


Required Skills:
Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and the ability to sell based on value - not price
Proven communication, presentation and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling

Qualifications:
BA/BS, College Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience required
3-5 years progressive experience in digital advertising
Proven track record of selling into agencies and client direct
In-depth knowledge and contacts with key online advertisers and their agencies
Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and pricing models
Excellent understanding of agency dynamics and campaign buying and planning
Strong knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis including performance advertising and digital attribution modeling
Understanding of audience profiles, online ad targeting, and campaign optimization
