In the Senior Sales Executive role, you will be challenged to bring your "A" game to win with one of the most respected and effective ad networks -- Exponential!

We will provide you with strong sales support, highly-effective campaign management and a rich publisher network to draw upon to close the deal. You will manage key clients through day-to-day contact, seek opportunities to grow relationships and ensure that our clients consistently receive superior customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maximize revenue growth with top advertising agencies and direct clients
Engage agency and direct client decision makers at all levels
Conduct detailed needs assessments
Plan, prepare and execute high impact meetings with prospects and clients
Develop a formal plan and aggressively prospect, evaluate and identify best opportunities
Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges
Adopt the company's selling methodology
Utilize research in presentations and interactions with prospects and clients
Develop winning selling strategies and proposals across display, video, and mobile advertising platforms
Accurately forecast revenue growth

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Required Skills:
Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and the ability to sell based on value - not price
Understanding of audience profiles, online ad targeting, and campaign optimization
Proven communication, presentation and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling
Proven record of strategic development of Fortune 1000 client base

Qualifications:
BA/BS required
5+ years’ experience
In-depth knowledge and contacts with top online advertisers
Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and pricing models
Excellent understanding of agency dynamics and campaign buying and planning
Strong knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis
