As a Sales Director, you will lead a team of Exponential Salespeople to deliver revenue and growth plans. You will be challenged to bring your "A" game to win with one of the most respected and effective ad networks. We will provide you with strong sales support, highly-effective campaign management, and a rich publisher network to draw upon to close the deal. You will be rewarded handsomely in the form of a compelling salary, commission structure to share in the company's prosperity. Sales Director's role demands an energetic, dynamic, results-oriented sales athlete who excels at bringing in new business through advertising agencies. You will manage key clients through day-to-day contact, seek opportunities to grow relationships, and ensure that our clients consistently receive superior customer service.

¢ Motivate sales team responsible for significant revenue numbers and the growth of sales to
meet and exceed individual revenue goals
¢ Maximize revenue growth with top advertising agencies
¢ Engage agency decision makers at all levels
¢ Oversee existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop
relevant business plans to grow revenue
¢ Conduct detailed needs assessments
¢ Lead from the front and will be a visionary with a consultative sales approach
¢ Plan, prepare and execute high impact meetings with prospects and clients
¢ Develop a formal plan and aggressively prospect, evaluate and identify best opportunities
¢ Identify and develop a strong understanding of client's core objectives and challenges
¢ Adopt the company's selling methodology
¢ Utilize research in presentations and interactions with prospects and clients
¢ Develop winning selling strategies and proposals
¢ Accurately forecast revenue growth

¢ Bachelor's Degree
¢ 7+ years progressive online experience5+ years' experience calling on online advertisers
¢ Seasoned leader with demonstrated ability to build, motivate and develop a sales team
combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across a matrix organization
¢ In-depth knowledge and contacts with top online advertisers and agencies
¢ Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models
¢ Excellent understanding of agency dynamics and campaign buying and planning
¢ Strong knowledge of ad campaign metrics and analysis
¢ Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating, and the
ability to sell based on value - not price
¢ Understanding of audience profiles, online ad targeting, and campaign optimization
¢ Proven communication, presentation, and sales skills with a knack for consultative selling
¢ Proven record of strategic development of Fortune 1000 client base
¢ Agency Background is preferred
