Job DescriptionThe Performance Strategy Manager is responsible for maximizing digital marketing revenue and profitability for Exponential through the analysis and valuation of real time account and business data, as well as strategic development and growth of our most valuable clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of ~$10MM in revenue
Strategy development and collaboration to turn struggling business teams into great teams, and great teams into major and consistent revenue streams
High-level monitoring and management of the business
Identification of macro risks / opportunities to the business including market & solution feedback
Identification of long/mid-term business goals as well as weekly strategy realignment
Displaying advanced proficiency of the digital advertising ecosystem to educate and influence clients
Possessing expert level knowledge with regard to Exponential’s products and solutions to represent the brand in internal and external interactions
Representing the Performance and Strategy Team, and Exponential, in in-person meetings with Ad Agencies and Fortune 500 clients across the U.S
Interfacing and collaborating with sales teams to develop strategic solutions for the world’s largest brands
On and off network campaign management and optimization leveraging our proprietary algorithms and real time bidding and valuation technologies
Capturing and maintaining market share through optimization, analytics and strategic problem solving
Collaborating with Performance and Strategy team members to ensure consistent innovation and growth for Exponential and our clients
Presale consultation and strategy development, including evaluating, negotiating, and approving deal terms and conditions, to ensure campaign profitability and success
Working in alignment with a Regional Sales VP to drive the direction and success of an Exponential Region

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or economics. Advanced degree preferred
Minimum of five years relevant experience in analytical or consultative role
An interest in the economics underlying the digital ecosystem
An unstoppable and insatiable curiosity about how things work, how they are valued, and how to make the world a more efficient place
Excellent communication and presentation skills, because substance is everything, but we find that a little style never hurts
Outstanding motivation and a solution oriented temperament
The ability to thrive in a culture where hard work and a laid-back, family environment go hand in hand
