Job DescriptionThe Performance Strategy Analyst is responsible for maximizing digital marketing revenue and profitability for Exponential through the analysis and valuation of real time supply and demand data, as well as strategic development and growth of our clients. Responsibilities
- Management of ~$5MM in revenue
- On and off network campaign management and optimization leveraging our proprietary algorithms and real time bidding and valuation technologies
- Strategy development and collaboration to turn struggling campaigns into great campaigns, and great campaigns into major and consistent revenue streams
- High-level monitoring and management of a client portfolio
- Displaying advanced proficiency of the digital advertising ecosystem to educate and influence internal clients
- Possessing expert level knowledge with regard to Exponential’s products and solutions to represent the brand in internal and external interactions
- Interfacing and collaborating with a sales people to develop strategic solutions for the world’s largest brands
- Capturing and maintaining market share through optimization, analytics and strategic problem solving
- Collaborating with Performance and Strategy team members to ensure consistent innovation and growth for Exponential and our clients
- Pre-sale consultation and strategy development, including evaluating, negotiating, and approving deal terms and conditions, to ensure campaign profitability and success
- Working in alignment with a sales team to drive the direction and success of a portfolio of accounts

Required Skills
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive results via clients and co-workers alike
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, because substance is everything, but we find that a little style never hurts
- Comprehensive computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science, or economics
- 1+ year experience in analytical or consultative role or relevant experience as part of under graduate work
- An interest in the economics underlying the digital ecosystem
- An unstoppable and insatiable curiosity about how things work, how they are valued, and how to make the world a more efficient place
