Job DescriptionJob Summary:
Exponential continues to grow in India predominantly in the area of digital Brand Display Advertising across in-banner, in-stream and mobile with both standard and rich media interactive & engagement formats. As part of this continued expansion we are looking for a qualified Business Director to be based in Mumbai for handling the media sales business for West.As the Business Director, you will have the responsibility of positioning Exponential’s proposition and products into agencies and direct clients to drive revenue growth while forging/maintaining agency and client relationships. You will need to be able to effectively liaise with all levels of agency, client and internal stakeholder seniority.

Required Skills
Excellent relationships/ networking with media fraternity (Advertisers and agency planners/ buyers)•Superior skills in all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating and the ability to sell based on value -not price•Should have a consultative approach, must have great communication and presentation skills•The candidate should be able to strike effective conversations, find need gaps and get briefs for campaigns
The candidate should have a thorough understanding of Media dynamics across Print,TV, radio, internet, display, mobile and video.
Candidate should have very good contacts with decision makers in digital agencies and should be able to influence clients/ advertisers with our product offering.
He/ she should be effectively able to communicate our proposition and strengths vis-a-vis other competitive offerings in digital marketplace.
The candidate should be updated with the latest trends in the digital industry, new product offerings, and innovations in digital media, competitive product information, and market benchmarks on rates / performance parameters across display/ mobile/ video
Understanding of audience profiles, online ad targeting and campaign optimization
Candidate should be focused on market development and creating incremental revenue sources from new clients

•Should be an MBA/ PGDM from reputed college
•Total Media experience of 9-12years across Internet, Mobile and Video media platforms
