Job DescriptionThis position reports to the Commerical Director - APAC based in Melbourne, Austalia.
The primary responsibility for this role will be to generate and maximize media revenues of the largest advertisers and agencies in Singapore.
You will focus on delivering the assigned revenue quota across all Exponential platforms and products. You are responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue goals, as well as overseeing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and develop relevant business plans to grow revenue.
As Sales Director, you will create and maintain relationships with senior management of major media buyers, agencies and key clients in Singapore.

Position Summary
This role works closely with other teams and is expected to collaborate with:

• Business Unit Specialists – Creative, Publisher, Mobile, Video & Platform
• Strategy Director
• Marketing Manager
• Account Manager

You will lead from the front and will be a visionary with a consultative sales approach, advocating for the company and supporting the management team.
You must be results-driven, have strong analytical skills, and be committed to leading a high performing sales organization.

Be responsible for creating and growing the commercial agreements with key agencies, clients and publishers.
You will create and maintain relationships with senior management of media buyers, agencies and key clients.
Work with international team to roll out Exponential platform services
Maintain and build commercial relationships with local publishers helping them monetize their inventory

As Sales Director, you are also responsible for overseeing the general running of the Singapore office, which may include administrative and maintenance duties.

Maintain accurate and up to date account and opportunity plans
Establish and grow partnerships with top media agencies and key clients
Engage and strategize with senior level executives at client companies and agencies to demonstrate how Exponential can develop media solutions for their clients and drive success to their business
Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries
Lead and manage a positive and respectful work environment
Meet and exceed target revenue quota (quarterly)
Focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and client satisfaction
