|Job Description||As an Associate Account Manager at Exponential, you will have the unique opportunity to work hands-on within the front lines of the online advertising industry. You will collaborate daily with the world's major interactive ad agencies and direct advertisers, helping them achieve their marketing objectives. You will also contribute directly to Exponential's bottom line by working to grow advertiser account budgets over time. This role offers an interesting and challenging combination of using leading-edge technology, analyzing data, developing strategies and interacting with clients
• Proactively manage multiple advertiser client accounts
• Cultivate positive business relationships with media planners and buyers at ad agencies and with direct marketers
• Analyze campaign objectives vs. performance data and identify strategies for maximizing campaign ROI
• Regularly contact advertiser clients regarding campaign optimization, growth strategies and opportunities
• Work collaboratively with Sales Team and Product -Specialists on proposals to clients, leveraging experience from previous campaigns
• Troubleshoot campaigns that under-deliver or under-perform Required Skills
• B.E/B.Tech in CS/Electronics/IT
• Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English
• Ability to comprehend complicated concepts rapidly
• Zeal to learn and contribute to the highest standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Attitude of taking responsibility, ownership and accountability towards tasks assigned
• Team-Player attitude is critical.
• Flexibility with shifts- AU (7am-4pm IST), UK (2-11 pm IST) or EST time zones (5pm- 2 am IST).
